Do you certify individuals?
No. We prepare you to sit vendor-neutral exams independently; exam fees and scheduling are outside this studio.
Can we substitute our own tooling examples?
Yes. Bring anonymized exports; facilitators will coach phrasing so sensitive identifiers never enter shared docs.
What is intentionally light touch?
We do not draft entire policy manuals here—expect crisp outlines and decision logs you can extend internally.
