Privacy Policy
1. Third parties
We rely on a small set of processors to host forms, deliver email, and analyze site performance. Processors are bound by contracts requiring confidentiality, deletion on request where feasible, and assistance with rights requests. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
2. Your rights
Depending on your residency, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal data. Requests can be emailed to hello@send-zonepost.one with enough detail to verify identity without over-collecting identifiers. We respond within reasonable timelines dictated by Korean privacy rules and supplemental commitments we publish here.
3. Scope
This Policy covers data collected through send-zonepost.one and related enrollment workflows. It does not govern community tools hosted by third parties if you choose to join them separately. Offline notes taken during public events follow the notices provided at those events.
4. Contact
Privacy questions should go to hello@send-zonepost.one with the subject line “Privacy request”. Postal correspondence may be sent to the Gangnam district address shown in the site footer. If you need an alternative channel for accessibility reasons, note that in your message.
5. Data collected
We collect names, email addresses, company names, program interests, and messages you submit through forms. Technical logs may include IP address, user agent, and coarse location derived for security monitoring. Payment details, if ever collected, will be handled by a dedicated processor with its own notice.
6. Use of data
Data is used to schedule sessions, send logistical updates, improve curriculum, and protect the site from abuse. We may aggregate usage metrics so they no longer identify individuals. Marketing emails, if any, will include opt-out mechanisms distinct from transactional notices.
7. Retention
Contact form records are retained long enough to complete conversations and satisfy bookkeeping needs, typically under twenty-four months unless law requires longer. Security logs rotate automatically after a bounded window unless needed to investigate an incident. You may request deletion where no overriding obligation requires retention.
8. Security practices
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor reviews aligned to the sensitivity of data we handle. No online service can guarantee perfect security; we monitor anomalies and patch dependencies on a regular cadence. Report suspected compromises promptly so we can coordinate response steps.
9. International transfers
If processors store data outside Korea, we review transfer mechanisms required by applicable law. Enterprise customers may request copies of standard contractual clauses or equivalent assurances during procurement. We minimize cross-border transfers to what is necessary to deliver support hours across regions.
10. Policy updates
We will post material changes here with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes notice where permitted. Material reductions to rights will receive additional notice when we have a reliable contact path.
